New King James Version 1 Peter 1:23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever,

Before we proceed to today’s message let us look at the insight from yesterday’s devotional. The very moment you confess the Lordship of Jesus, you got born again. These things don’t happen in stages neither does it happen in bits. It’s a fully complete incident that happens. You don’t have to feel it no!, you just have to acknowledge it[know it{Grk: eido}] it does not take nine months, it only takes a moment, the moment of a single sentence of confession from a true heart of repentance[change of mind] after being ministered to by the gospel.

As we said earlier to be born again does not mean to change your old way of living to a new way No! That’s the fruit[products] of being born again. In today’s devotional we are talking of the practical experience and revelation of being born again. Let’s see how it all happens: the first instance is with the disciples: John 20:20-22 When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. This is the practical experience of being born again, it’s all about the fact that the apostles believed and attested to the resurrection of Jesus, the moment this happened they were given the Holy Spirit as the seal and guarantee.

There was no falling down or baptism in water recorded, it just happened as if nothing happened but yes something happened. This will then lead us to the practical revelation of being born again. What really happened when you got born again? To be born again is to be broken off from all earthly linkage being it family, relation, paternity, flesh and blood, curse of man and others. The word is earthly linkage;that’s however you’re known to be human is blotted and wiped-out from records, no traces of it is to be found. Any human limitations is blotted out, you know more exist as human No! Everything about your Natural birth have been reversed to something better, the real, the sure, the living, the supernatural, the Godly way of living.

Your father has now become God, you owe your paternity to the almighty God. Everything you did inherit from your parents through your natural birth have been reversed, it is mandated to cease functioning in you. The genes of God takes over from then, you inherit the righteousness, the holiness, the awesomeness, the power, the glory of your Father who is God. Because some folks don’t know this they call Christians sinners, can you imagine what you said. You mean we inherited that nature from God, how can this be possible. JESUS was never a sinner, do you know why? Did you suppose because he never sinned then my friend you’ve lied to yourself. The reason is so simple because Jesus was never born of the seed of a man, he was supernaturally born by God. He had the nature of His father from birth, the same thing to the Christian.  Rom 8:17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ…

The Christian is born according to the nature of God, period. To say the Christian is a sinner is a blasphemy against the Holy Ghost.
